Payment Instruction

* We accept PayPal, credit cards(including Visa,Mastercard).

* All products must be paid in full (including shipping & handling fees).

* All payments must be prepaid. We do not accept COD payment.

* If the buyer has chosen to pay by PayPal, then we encourage the buyer to click the PayPal button at the end of his Checkout process and make payment immediately. The payment process is comfirmed to be safe in FeeVoo.com.

* Alternatively, the buyer may send his payment directly to our PayPal email : paypal@feevoo.com

Shipping Instruction

* Please note that we are not responsible for undeliverable packages. Verify that you give us the correct receiving address when placing your order. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for items that need to be resent due to an incorrect address.

* We use UPS &USPS (US Warehouse) and Fedex (HK Warehouse)  to ship your orders. Your own UPS,USPS and Fedex account is unacceptable.

* Items are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after your payment has been verified.

* One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.

* Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped out.

* Local Pick-up is unavailable at this moment.
