How To Place An Order

Placing an order with FeeVoo is very easy. Here are the steps you need to know to place your order.


a) Find the Products You Want
b) Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
c) Proceed to Checkout
d) Sign In
e) Check your orders
f) Enter a Shipping Address
g) Choose a Shipping Method
h) Make a payment and Submit your order
i) Receive the products and Complete order

 


Step1: Find the Products you want
You can find products you would like to order by either searching or browsing. Keyword search boxes and category lists are located on nearly every page of our WebPages.
Find products by searching
If you’re looking for a specific product, searching can help you find it fast. When you search on FeeVoo, you enter key words about the product into a search box, and you will receive search results that match those words. You can also choose the category to satisfy your search result.
Find products by browsing
If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, or if you just want to window-shop or scroll through products, browsing is the way to go. When you browse on FeeVoo, you click through categories and lists of products until you find something you're interested in.
When you find a product that interests you, click the title or image of the product to see its product detail page and you will see more description about the product.


Step2: Add the products to your shopping cart
If you want to order products from FeeVoo, click the “Add to Basket” button on the product detail page. Once you've added a product to your shopping cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the products you want to order. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking “Cart&Checkout” button at the top of every page.


Step3: Proceed to checkout
When you’re ready to place an order for everything in your cart, please click the "Cart&Checkout" button at the top of every page and you will be taken to the first page of the checkout process.


Step4: Sign In
Enter your Sign In information and click the “Sign In” button if you haven’t logged in before you ordering.


Step5: Check your orders
Take a moment to review all of the items list on cart page and click “Processed to Checkout” button to go to the next step of the checkout process. You can also delete items in your cart or change quantity of the items on this page.


Step6: Enter a shipping address
Enter the billing information and shipping information and click “Processed to Checkout” button to tell the supplier where you would like to ship your order.


Step7:  shipping method
Generally speaking, we would send the packages out by USPS & UPS.


Step8: Make a payment and submit your order
Since PayPal enables you to send payments more quickly and securely online than using a credit card or bank account, the only payment method available in FeeVoo at the moment is PayPal.

 

Advantages of PayPal:

1. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
2. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). FeeVoo doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
3. PayPal offers PayPal Buyer Protection on qualifying products - up to $1,000 in free coverage. Additional limited protection is offered through PayPal's Money Back Guarantee.
After you confirmed your order please click “Pay in PayPal immediately” button, you will be transferred to the PayPal website and you can make you payment by following the instruction.
When a supplier ships your product, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can then visit the corresponding carrier's web site for online tracking information.


Step9: Receive the products and Complete order
When you receive your product, please inspect it right away to make sure it matches the description in the supplier's listing. If something is unsatisfactory, please consider contacting the supplier by clicking the "Dispute" on “Active Order” page at “My Tang”. Otherwise please click “Received” button to complete the order.
It is our rule that all suppliers have to ship the product within the specified handling time. If your supplier fails to do so, your order will be refunded.
