Request RMA

 

RMA Policy

 

Feevoo promise all our products are manufactured under stringent quality control systems to assure performance. All the products are 100% tested in production.

 

You must contact with us by email to service@feevoo.com or submit a request for a RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number before you return the package back to us for any reason.

 

RMA Information

 

* Purchases made at Feevoo are covered by a 30-day return policy. During the 30 day window, customers can obtain a refund or replacement for any purchases made during the timeframe. After 30 days, products can only be replaced with the same products under warranty. Warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer's part.

 

* All returns must include any cables, driver disks or any other accessories provided with the order unless otherwise authorized. Remember to take note of your RMA number. You will need it as a reference. Please be noted that items without RMA number will not be accepted.

 

* Refunds and credits are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity. For your RMA status, please e-mail service@feevoo.com.

 

* If it is because of the customers' careless or their own reason to return the items for a refund, we will hold the original shipping fee and 15% of the item price for restoring.

 

* We won't replace or return product in case of the following situations:
  1). Products which do not belong to our company or lack of signal mark.
  2). Products over the Validity period.
  3). Improper use or manually abuse or damage during transportation.
  4). RMA products are damaged by improper packing and rough handling on the way to return.

 

* After receiving RMA report,we give you the delivery address for return.

* If possible,take picture of the RMA on spot and email back to clearly prove the defective problem .

 

Refund policy

 

We charge 15% re-stocking fee for non-quality problems such as:

1)  Want to return the product.
2)  Wrong email--Address undeliverable
3)  I want another item .
 
Our website give a full refund for the following problems such as:

1)  We Sent wrong items
2)  We Sent more or less items 
3) We Lost the package  
4)  Items Damage in Delivery  
5) Defective product  
6) Item not as described
